TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before using or obtaining any products, services, materials or information directly from Seawall Apartments or via our website www.seawallapartments.com.au.
By accessing www.seawallapartments.com.au or paying a deposit for a booking at Seawall Apartments, you agree to accept, without limitation or qualification, all of the Terms and Conditions as stated.
By completing your booking with Seawall Apartments or through a third party, you agree to be personally responsible for all accommodation and costs charged to your apartment and for any loss or damage incurred during your stay.
Primary Registered Guest The primary registered guest must be over eighteen (18) years of age. Upon check in, Seawall Apartments may ask for a copy of the primary registered guest’s driver’s license, proof of age card, or passport. The provision of false or misleading information will result in immediate cancellation of the booking and forfeit of all monies paid in advance. The registered guest will be held financially responsible for any loss or damage to property caused during their stay without exception.
Rates All rates quoted on this site are subject to availability. All rates are inclusive of GST and quoted in Australian dollars. By using the rates quoted on this site you agree with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. Rates as quoted are per apartment per night, based on maximum occupancy of the apartment using existing bedding. Rates are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Stay and Long Stays Bookings for seven (7) nights or longer will require payment of three nights as the booking deposit. Bookings for fourteen (14) nights or longer will require payment of the first week as the booking deposit.
Deposit & final payment Seawall Apartments will endeavour to provide the accommodation requested but reserves the right to refuse bookings. Reservations must be secured at the time of booking with payment equivalent to the first night. This deposit is non-refundable. A valid credit card is required to guarantee all room bookings and the card holder must be the primary registered guest. Seawall Apartments accepts payment via Visa card, MasterCard, American Express, Diners card and via Banking Direct Deposit. By providing credit card details you warrant that you have the authority to use the credit card and you authorise Seawall Apartments to charge the cost of your booking to the credit card. For reservations made via third party websites, a valid credit card must be presented on arrival at Seawall Apartments.
Availability, Special Events and Peak Periods Seawall Apartments reserves the right to reallocate particular apartments when necessary. Full pre-payment is required two (2) months prior to arrival at Seawall Apartments. Special event periods and peak periods include, but are not limited to: Christmas holidays, Easter holidays, Clipsal 500 motor racing event, Australian Swimming Trials, Australian School Holidays, and South Australian long weekends (public holidays). No arrivals or departures are available on Christmas Day (25 December).
Cancellation policy As a small independent property, our business depends on maximising occupancy and cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times and limited capacity, therefore booking deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within two (2) months of arrival will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the total paid, excluding the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the date of arrival will forfeit all monies paid. No refunds will be given in the event of non-arrival, any unused services or unused nights due to airline or weather disruptions. We recommend guests protect themselves with travel insurance. Your reservation will not be deemed cancelled until you receive written confirmation from Seawall Apartments. Our cancellation policy will differ over special event periods. No refunds will be given on early departure and any outstanding balance will be deducted from the credit card provided. Seawall reserves the right to release any or all room space if payment terms are not met. Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability at the time the modification is requested and may change the rate and/or require payment of cancellation fees.
Seawall’s No Party Policy Seawall Apartments has a strict No Party Policy to ensure our guests can enjoy their time at Seawall Apartments and not be inconvenienced through noise or actions of others. Seawall Apartments will not accept a reservation when the intent is to have a party or function within the hotel room or on the hotel premises. We reserve the right to request people who are making too much noise at any time of the day or night to leave. No refunds will be applicable. A security company or police may be called to investigate complaints of excessive noise or anti-social behaviour. Any charges incurred by the security company or police will be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking.
Additional charges Management also reserves the right to charge guests for the following, but not restricted to, all damages and breakages, lost keys, missing items, late departure, extra cleaning and unpaid expenses. Any additional charges will automatically be charged to the credit card provided as security for the booking following at least one attempt to contact the credit card holder. Keys that are not returned will be charged to the credit card supplied. A $25 charge will apply if keys are lost.
If you are locked out after hours, please note there will be a $65 fee to cover the call out.
Smoking All Seawall Apartments are 100% smoke-free inside of the apartments. Guests will be charged A$300 cleaning fee if evidence of smoking is found in the apartment.
Pets Pets are not permitted in the grounds of the property.
Liability Seawall shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the use of (or inability to use) this website or its content
